木薯甜甜圈(fried cassava ring)的做法,外皮脆脆甜甜非常好吃!

材料:

木薯:½ kg

木薯粉:2 湯匙

麵粉:5 湯匙

鹽:少許

細砂糖:2 湯匙

做法:

木薯去皮切小塊,蒸熟壓成泥,趁熱加入木薯粉, 糖,麵粉及少許鹽拌勻。

然後做成甜甜圈後放入熱油里去炸至金黃色即可。

趁熱把木薯甜甜圈沾上適量的糖粉即可。

Tapioca Flour: 2 tablespoons

Flour: 5 tablespoons

salt: a little

Caster sugar: 2 tablespoons

practice:

Peel and cut the tapioca into small pieces, steam and press into puree, add tapioca flour, sugar, flour and a pinch of salt while it is still hot and mix well.

Then make donuts and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.

Dip the tapioca doughnuts with some powdered sugar while they are still hot.
