沙拉魚片

材料:

石斑魚肉:500g(切片)

烘香白芝麻: 適量

腌料:

鹽:少許

胡椒粉:少許

麻油:少許

蛋白:½ 粒

麵糊:(拌勻)

蛋:1粒

水:3 tbsp

麵粉:4 tbsp

粘米粉:1 tbsp

汁料:(拌勻,試味)

美奶滋:8 tbsp

酸柑汁:1 粒

幼糖:1 tbsp

做法:

魚肉加入腌料拌勻約½小時。

熱油,將魚肉全沾上面糊,炸至金黃色。

炸好的魚肉放入大盤裡,加入汁料拌均勻,灑上芝麻即可。

Toasted white sesame seeds: appropriate amount

Marinade:

salt: a little

pepper: a little

Sesame oil: a little

Egg whites: ½ grain

Batter: (mix well)

Egg: 1

Water: 3 tbsp

Flour: 4 tbsp

Sticky rice flour: 1 tbsp

Juice: (mix well, taste)

Mayonnaise: 8 tbsp

Lime juice: 1 capsule

Caster sugar: 1 tbsp

practice:

Add fish meat to marinade and mix well for about ½ hour.

Heat oil, coat the fish with batter and fry until golden brown.

Put the fried fish into a large plate, add the sauce and mix well, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
